When to consider therapy

Therapy may be helpful when stress, grief, anxiety, depression, relationship strain, trauma, or major life changes begin affecting daily functioning, relationships, school, work, or wellbeing.

Preparing for a first session

You do not need to have everything figured out before booking. A first session can help clarify what you are experiencing, what support may be useful, and what next steps feel manageable.

Supporting adolescents

Young people may show distress through mood changes, withdrawal, school difficulties, irritability, sleep changes, or changes in behaviour. Support can help them express and understand what is happening.
